A manufacturer can't refuse warranty cover just because the servicing wasn't done by a franchised dealer. It only needs to follow the manufacturer's schedule, use parts of matching quality, and be properly recorded.
That's exactly how we work, and every service is fully documented. If a warranty repair or recall is needed, that still goes through the franchised network, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
