Yes. Every retail vehicle comes with a 6-month Bronze warranty and 12 months of AA breakdown cover as standard, free of charge. Bronze covers the engine, gearbox, differential and casings. You can upgrade to Gold or Platinum cover for a longer term, higher claim limits and no excess.
Bronze repairs are carried out at our own service centre at Stairfoot, Barnsley. If something goes wrong, call us on 01226 574321 before any work is done. If you live a long way from Barnsley, we will agree with you how the repair is handled. Gold and Platinum repairs can be done at any approved garage nationwide.
Both run for 6, 12, 24 or 36 months with a 12,000-mile annual limit and no claim excess. Gold covers a wide range of mechanical and electrical parts, including the water pump, clutch, alternator and starter motor, with a £1,500 per-claim limit and a £60 an hour labour cap. Platinum is comprehensive, adding ABS, electrics, sensors, air conditioning, motors and lost-key cover, with a £3,000 per-claim limit and an £80 an hour cap. Platinum is restricted to vehicles under 8 years old and under 80,000 miles.
Gold warranty is £199 for 6 months, £349 for 12 months, £599 for 24 months and £899 for 36 months. Platinum is £299 for 6 months, £549 for 12 months, £899 for 24 months and £1,199 for 36 months.
Yes. DiamondBrite Advanced Ceramic Protection is suitable for all new and used vehicles, including EVs, hybrids, Motability and commercial vehicles.
Ceramic coating is applied at our Stairfoot service centre by trained applicators. Cosmetic and tyre or alloy repairs are carried out at the centre or by mobile repair at your home or work.
On the free Bronze warranty there is a £25 excess per claim. Gold and Platinum warranties have no excess.
Transfer terms depend on the A1 Approved policy in place. Please contact our team and we will confirm the details for your specific cover.
Quarterly inspections plus on-demand minor cosmetic repairs to the bonnet, boot, front and rear bumpers, exterior door panels, quarter panels and wing-mirror casings. Treatments cover damage within a 30cm diameter on a single panel, up to £1,000 per event and £3,000 over the 36-month plan, guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.
If a tyre cannot be repaired, the plan covers up to 5 replacements over the agreement with £150 towards each, or £250 towards each on the £449 upgrade. If an alloy cannot be refurbished, there is a £150 contribution toward a replacement.
In most cases, yes. Ceramic, cosmetic (Revive) and tyre and alloy cover can usually be added at any time, while warranty upgrades depend on the age and mileage of the vehicle. Speak to our team and we will confirm what is available for your car.
No. Our warranties and protection plans are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which are not affected.
