An Abarth isn't an ordinary small car, and owners tend to know it. It's a performance car built on Fiat foundations, and it wants a workshop that understands both halves of that. For a lot of Abarth owners round here, that has meant travelling further afield for a service, or paying franchise overheads every time the car goes in.
At anycolourcar.com, we think you shouldn't have to choose between quality and convenience.

"I've spent over 30 years in the motor trade, a lot of it in franchised dealers. The standard of work doesn't come from the badge on the door. It comes from the people, the parts and the kit. We've got all three, without the overheads."
— Jonathan Seaman, Managing Director, anycolourcar.com
Our service centre at Stairfoot gives you main-dealer-level work with the value and personal service of a local, family-owned business.
Main dealer quality:
Skilled, EV-trained technicians who work on Abarth models every week
OEM-approved parts
OEM-grade diagnostic and workshop equipment, the same standard you'd find at a franchised dealer
High-grade Shell oils and digital service history updates where your car supports it
Without the main dealer "tax":
No franchise overheads built into your bill
No inflated labour rates
No unnecessary miles for every service
We're on Stairfoot Business Park, a few minutes from the centre of Barnsley and a short run in from Hoyland. Plenty of the cars in our workshop come over from Wombwell and Cudworth as well, and the drive home afterwards is a good deal shorter than most Abarth owners are used to.
Our sales team works on a no-commission basis, and the workshop runs the same way. Nobody earns more by talking you into work you don't need. You get a clear diagnosis and a written estimate before any major job starts, in plain English, so you can decide what happens next rather than find out afterwards.
We handle everything from routine servicing to more involved work on the 595, 695 and related Abarth models:
Scheduled servicing to the manufacturer's schedule
Brakes, suspension, exhaust and clutch work
Warning light diagnosis
A car driven the way an Abarth is meant to be driven usually shows it first in the brakes, the clutch and the exhaust. Those are jobs we see regularly, so we know what normal wear looks like on these cars and what's worth mentioning to you early, while it's still a small job.
No. UK competition law protects your right to have your car serviced by an independent garage during the manufacturer warranty. A manufacturer can't refuse warranty cover just because the servicing wasn't done by a franchised dealer. It only needs to follow the manufacturer's schedule, use parts of matching quality, and be properly recorded.
That's exactly how we work, and every service is fully documented. If a warranty repair or recall is needed, that still goes through the franchised network, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
No. We're an independent, family-owned business. That independence is what lets us offer main dealer standards without main dealer prices.
Yes, we arrange it for you. The test itself is carried out at a partner testing station, so just mention it when you book your service.
Not at all. Our service centre is open to everyone, whatever you drive and wherever you bought it.
